　　原为一家高端商务会所，经营单位为中欣集团，借助高尔夫及银保通和商务酒店等业务聚集了众多知名高端客户。此次定位为高端、智能、舒适为主题，是北京第一家全智能餐饮会所。设计理念：此次装修风格以简洁大气的国际化风格为主导，室内功能分布有， 多功能宴会厅、中餐包房、西餐包房、红酒品酒坊、KTV包房及发布大厅。全部为智能化操作，室内没有传统开关面板，全部操作均采用IPAD平板电脑控制，包括空调、环境灯光、空气质量、窗帘控制、点餐、点歌以及洁具门窗等均为智能化产品。
